A Shopware store that sells food that needs daily delivery.
Client’s Request
Client wanted to simplify and optimize the kitchen & packing department’s labor by generating reports of the daily deliveries.
Challenges
The main challenge was to transform the platform in a way that the kitchen and delivery employees could handle the same orders separately.
What we did
We have created a new report in the admin panel.
The new report grouped products from the previous day by the purchased articles. It also ordered products in a way that made it easy for the kitchen staff to understand how many dishes to cook. In the same way, the delivery department had access to orders that needed to be delivered.
The report is available on site + exported xls file + email.
